In this hands-on Physical Sciences Camp, students will explore the fascinating forces of magnetism and electricity through guided experiments and creative building challenges.
Using the Magnet Experiment Kit, children will discover how magnets work by investigating attraction, repulsion, magnetic fields, and how magnets are used in everyday technology. Through fun and interactive activities, students will test, predict, and observe real scientific principles in action.
They will then move into the world of circuits, using our child-safe circuit sets to learn how electricity flows. Students will build and experiment with:
Simple and complex circuits
Switches, lights, and motors
Series and parallel circuit designs
This camp encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving while giving students a strong foundation in physical science concepts through play-based and exploratory learning.
Perfect for young scientists who love to build, test, and discover how the world works!
This is a collaborative camp, perfect for students who enjoy working together to solve problems and share ideas. If your child prefers to work more independently, one of our other Physical Sciences camps may be a better fit.
